Not every IEC-certified module wins a Golden PV Award.

Voyager Series I earned the 2025 Taiwan Excellent PV Award by passing reliability tests that go beyond international standards.

2025 TAIWAN EXCELLENT PV

Golden PV Award Winner
Grade-1 Enhanced Test Certification

The solar market runs on three tiers of reliability standard —
imported modules, standard VPC-certified modules, and Golden PV
Award winners. Voyager Series I was benchmarked against all
three, and leads on every measure that matters.

02 — Regulation-Ready Solution

Built for Taiwan’s New Rooftop Solar Mandate

From August 1, 2026, new, expanded, or reconstructed buildings with a floor area of 1,000m² or more must install 1kW of solar PV per 20m². Voyager Series I answers with a radically simplified mounting method.

5400Pa▐ 2 rails▐ 7cm top clamps▐ Voyager Series I module

Just 2 rails and 7cm top clamps (no bottom locking required) — meets the new front/rear 5400Pa regulation.

1kW / 20m²

The New Mandate

Renewable Energy Development Act §12-1 and the MOI installation standard make rooftop PV mandatory for qualifying new buildings — compliance is now a construction-schedule item.

2 Rails × 7cm Clamps

Top-Clamping Only

Just two rails and 7cm top clamps per module — no rear bolting. Fewer parts and steps mean faster installation and lighter rooftop load, keeping new-build schedules on track.

5400Pa

Tested Structural Backing

The simplified method is backed by the datasheet-verified 7200Pa front / 5400Pa rear static load test (per Voyager installation manual), with anodized frames of 20µm or more.

Regulation summary verified 2026-07-18; confirm project applicability with local building authorities.

03

4cm Aluminum Frame・7200Pa Static Load

Voyager 1 is the top-spec model and the only one on the market still in continuous mass production with a 4cm high-profile, VPC-certified frame — rated for 7200Pa front-side / 5400Pa rear-side static load, plus 4800Pa dynamic load on both sides, built to withstand the high winds of Taiwan's typhoon season. Paired with 20μm-thick anodizing, well beyond current market spec, for significantly stronger corrosion resistance.

05 — About

About Voyager PV

Voyager Photovoltaic was founded in November 2021. Its English name draws inspiration from NASA’s Voyager space probes — a symbol of the company’s spirit of bold exploration and its drive to push the limits of solar technology.

The company holds NT$1.5 billion in paid-in capital, giving it a solid financial foundation, with a shareholder base that includes institutional investors such as Chailease Energy and Cathay Sustainable Fund — a strong vote of confidence in Voyager’s long-term growth.

Chairman & CEO Kuei-Chang Hsu has spent over two decades in the solar industry. He founded the world’s first mass-production P-type PERC solar cell plant (2012; 70MW annual capacity) and led Taiwan solar manufacturing’s first overseas acquisition, bringing deep expertise in technology innovation, industry integration, and global market positioning as he continues to lead Voyager Photovoltaic toward becoming a global leader in high-efficiency solar solutions.

Voyager’s cell processing and module assembly are 100% completed in Taiwan, with 100% official VPC registration — a scheme that requires solar cells to be registered as non-mainland-Chinese origin. Our shareholder base is entirely Taiwanese institutional capital, with zero Chinese ownership. Wafer feedstock sourcing varies by procurement batch, and we provide sourcing documentation per order — giving international customers, especially in the US market, a transparent and verifiable supply chain.
