01 — Customs Lookup
Ten-Day Customs Exchange Rate / Trade Statistics
Taiwan Customs Administration publishes the applicable foreign-exchange rate for customs declarations three times per month (each ten-day period), used to verify dutiable value on imported equipment and modules. A general import/export trade statistics query system is also available.
02 — Taipower Solar Capacity Factor by County
County-Level Solar Capacity Factor (FY110–114)
Both the FY113 and FY114 original PDFs are archived on this site. FY110–112 are not separately archived by Taipower — for historical data, contact Taipower directly or check their latest announcement page below. The summary table and the FIT Rate Calculator's annual generation-hour estimate both use FY114 data.

Covers solar sites selling 100% of output to Taipower, excluding Taipower's own sites, direct/wheeling supply, surplus feed-in, and anomalous-output sites. Capacity factor = total annual purchased energy ÷ (installed capacity × billing days × 24 hours). Actual site output varies with commissioning date, equipment efficiency, and local irradiance.
03 — Feed-in Tariff Schedule
FY115 Solar Feed-in Tariff Schedule
Due to the "three PV environmental-review laws," FY115 solar tariffs carry over FY114 H2 rates for the full year — Period 1 and Period 2 are identical. Contract terms lock in for 20 years at the rate announced in the year of signing.

Additional bonuses may apply: regional bonus (outlying islands / Keelung, Taipei, New Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu County & City, Miaoli, Yilan, Hualien +15%; Taitung +8%), "Green Roof for All" program (+3%, rooftop only), and all-VPC-certified modules (exact lookup by mount type and capacity tier per Schedule 4, not an approximation); a module recycling fee (per Schedule 4, NT$0.0656/kWh, flat rate for rooftop/ground-mount/floating) is added on top. Ground-mount sites may also incur a grid reinforcement fee per Schedule 6 (NT$0.1356/kWh distribution level or NT$0.0866/kWh transmission level, as assessed by Taipower case-by-case).
